Survey of Portuguese Municipalities on local responses to children in Covid-19 pandemic situation
Questioning the adequacy of local policies developed by municipalities in order to combat the effects of the pandemic Covid-19, and to investigate the post-pandemic plans. The proximity responses have become absolutely indispensable and the municipalities, often exceeding the competencies that are assigned to them, were called to respond to the populations of their territories, in particular those that are characterized by the greatest vulnerability: children, the elderly, the unemployed, immigrants and families in situations of social exclusion.
Build a questionnaire survey of all Portuguese municipalities in order to understand the type of responses of each one in the pandemic period, especially to children and families with the following objectives:
- Understand local responses to meet the social and educational needs of children and their families during the pandemic period.
- To measure the main perceptions of each municipality in relation to the post-pandemic scenario.
