PhD in Psychology by the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Porto (2021) with the research entitled “Group Triple P: Assessement of the short and long-term effects of a Positive Parenting Program on parents and children”, under supervision of Prof. Orlanda Cruz and Prof. Isabel Abreu-Lima.

Researcher (2019-2022) in the FCT project (FCT PTDC/SOC-ASO/31727/2017) entitled “Family reunification success after child institutionalization: Testing the effectiveness of a positive parenting intervention.

Provider of the Triple P System, in the Group Triple P (since 2015) and in the Standard Triple P (since 2019), accreditation by the University of Queensland.

Master in Forensic Psychology and Transgressive Behaviors (2011) by the University Institute of Health Sciences (IUCS).

Professional experience in community intervention with high psychosocial risk families (2007-2023). Treiner in Gender Equality, Victim Suppor Technique (TAV) and Domestic Violence Risk Assessment and Manegement by Portuguese Commission of Gender Equality and Citizenship (CIG).

hobbies

I love to walk through the forest and on the beach. Read a good book and have interesting conversations with friends. Going to the cinema and listening good music in good company is something I also love.

curiosity

Learning a musical instrument in my childhood helped me to shape aspects of my personality and different skills. This experience also shaped my musical interests and personal choices.
