I have a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Social Work from Instituto Superior Miguel Torga

– Coimbra (2017-2022).

During my master’s degree, I started to collaborate with the Rugby Section, of the Associação Académica de Coimbra, as a Management Support Technician, which allowed me to leave my comfort zone and acquire knowledge closely related to the area of sports, namely: companionship, team spirit and union.

To get closer to my training area, I accepted the challenge of FORMEM (Portuguese Federation of Vocational Training and Employment of People with Disabilities), to work as co-manager of national and international projects in the area of disability. During this experience I gained skills in project operationalization and in technical and administrative management of Non-Governmental Organizations for People with Disabilities.

The desire to grow in the Management area and the will to come to Guimarães led me to ProChild, where I found an opportunity to evolve in the management area, but also to contribute to the development of the social area.
